In addition to the sales on its opening day, Monday, Pure Foods had a visit from celebrity and friend of the Rusgroves Robin Roberts and her girlfriend Amber Laign, who wanted to see the place for themselves and grab lunch, according to the post.

Rusgrove announced in the post that beginning May 20, the cafe will have patio dining as well as a newly constructed and special dining area available for its customers.

Pure Foods joins Pint & Plate on Main St. and Parkside Cafe on Maple St. At the moment, both are closed. However, a quick walk by indicates during the pandemic that Parkside is having some work done on its exterior.
