The West End Association has canceled its annual Rockwell Park Summer Festival.

In an email sent Sunday, May 31, President David Hamlein wrote that the association is canceling the festival “due to concerns about the COVID-19 virus and our ability to maintain proper safeguards.”

He added that he hoped by next summer, the festival would be back up and running, and the organization would “welcoming back all of our vendors, musicians, and festival goers.”

Vendor fees for this year’s festival will be refunded in full, he said.
