Bristol Legion teams to play in Connecticut Elite Baseball Association

Since the American Legion of Connecticut decided not to run a state-wide baseball program this year due to Covid 19, the Bristol Legion team opted to enter a one-year agreement to play in the Connecticut Elite Baseball Association, said Paul LaFleur, team consultant, who has been with the Legion program for years in different capacities.

The Bristol team will be playing in a league with teams from Avon, Berlin, Cheshire, Meriden, Newington, Simsbury and West Hartford. Bristol’s home games will be played at Muzzy Field.

The Bristol Junior team will also have a full slate scheduled against the towns of Avon, Meriden, Newington, Simsbury, West Hartford and Winsted.
