The 2021 Senior American Legion Connecticut State Baseball Championship Tournament field is set.
It’s going to be a single elimination format and all first round games commence on Tuesday, August 3.
Games will be played every day thereafter until a Connecticut State Champion is crowned.
The champions in Zones 1, 3 and 6 were seeded in slots 1-3 in the North region based on winning percentage.
The second place squads were then seeded 4-6.
And in the South, the champions in Zones 2 and 4 were seeded 1-2 based on winning percentage while the second place teams were slotted in the 3-4 positions.
The remaining teams were seeded within their region based on winning percentage.
Meriden, Newington, and Glastonbury were all positioned in the Southern Division to balance the tournament out.
