The American Clock & Watch Museum issued the following press release recently.
The American Clock & Watch Museum will livestream its 5th annual Wine, Women & Watches event on Thursday, September 16th at 7:00 p.m.
Tickets to the event will include a wine party package complete with a bottle of wine and other items to help get the party started!
Joining the event is quite simple—purchase a ticket online, at the museum, or by phone and pick up your package at the museum by September 12th.
All ticket holders will be emailed a special link the week of the event to access the livestream kick-off portion of the evening.
This year’s program highlights include:
Boston-based wine specialist, Jim Smith, from Global Wines, Inc. (back by popular demand) discussing wine and food pairings.
Local restauranteur JR Rusgrove, demonstrating how to build a festive charcuterie board
Segments featuring area businesses
Cafe Real and Rich Farm ice cream–mixing up some fun wine-based drinks with some of our Watchmen
A special feature about Candace Roberts, an early clock face painter and party girl.
“Last year, ticket holders found creative ways to gather with friends in smaller groups. We had a great turnout and received positive feedback. We have a fun-filled evening planned again this year, so we hope that people will join us,” said Executive Director, Patti Philippon.
Event co-chair and Board of Directors president, Kim Ciccarello said, “When we met to make plans, we weren’t quite sure what the environment might be, so we decided to move forward with a virtual event. We are celebrating the 5th anniversary of Wine, Women & Watches and we are excited to be partnering with some great local businesses.”
Make sure to save the date—September 16th—and raise a glass to help the museum raise funds!
Individual tickets are $50. Patron tickets are $100. Special 5th Anniversary Party Package is $250. For more information, visit www.clockandwatchmuseum.org/events to purchase your tickets. All proceeds support the collections, exhibitions, and education programs at the American Clock & Watch Museum.
