Bristol Police arrest suspect on Saturday on multiple drug charges

Bristol police announced that on Saturday, October 9, while on routine patrol, Bristol patrol officers located Kaylon Porcher, age 25, of New Britain, sitting in a parked car on Summer Street.

Officers were aware of an active arrest warrant for Porcher for illegal possession of a firearm. During a search incident to arrest, police located and seized 18 grams of suspected cocaine, 18 Oxycodone pills, 6 Adderall pills, and over $1,800 in suspected drug proceeds.

Porcher was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to sell narcotics, and interfering with police. He posted $410,000 bond and was issued a court date of October 18 at New Britain court.
