Bristol Eastern’s volleyball team travelled to Lewis Mills on Friday, and found the Spartans’ gym to be very hospitable, as they coasted to victory in three stress-free sets.

The Lancers jumped out to a big lead in each set and were never really challenged.

The scores were 25-8, 25-5, and 25-10.

Eastern was paced by Lilli Lowe with 7 kills, Abby Jones with 31 assists, 2 kills and 8 aces, Lauren Bender with 10 kills, 3 aces and 7 digs, and Hannah Webber with 17 kills and 3 aces.

The Lancers now have a record of 11-3.

Lewis Mills drops to 4-12. Caitlin Heketer led Mills with 1 ace and 7 kills.

Bristol Eastern’s next game is Monday against Berlin at 6:00 in the Lancerdome.
