The Bristol Historical Society will be abuzz tomorrow night because they are holding their annual Evening on the Hill Auction.
The event begins at 5:30 p.m. with an auction preview, with food, wine, and soft drinks. The Live Auction follows at 7 p.m. with auctioneer Paul Stansel.
“We have the usual assortment of furniture, antiques, collectibles, and a few quirky items. We have many dolls, including a donation from a doll collector featuring a lot Madame Alexander Dolls, which are very collectible,” said BHS president Maya Bringe. “This event is a wonderful way of supporting the organization.”
Tickets are $12 in advance, $15 at the door, and in the interest of safety, everyone attending must wear a mask.
For more information or to buy tickets, call the historical society at 860-583-6309 or email president@bristolhistoricalsociety.org. The Bristol Historical Society is located at 98 Summer St.
“Even if you don’t walk away with anything, you will have a great time because it is a really good show,” Bringe remarked.
