Nhakden Theam

On Wednesday, October 27, at approximately 7:15 a.m., members of the Bristol Police Department Narcotics Enforcement Team assisted the US Drug Enforcement Administration with serving a DEA search warrant at 36 Upson Street.

Nhakden Theam (DOB 05-16-83) of 36 Upson Street was arrested on two outstanding Bristol PD warrants. He is charged with (2) counts each of Sale of a Narcotic Substance (21a-278(b(1(A)))) and Sale of Narcotics within 1500 feet of a school zone (21a-278a(b)).

Theam was held on bonds that totaled $450,000.00.

Also on Wednesday, October 27, at approximately 7:15 a.m., members of the Bristol Police Department Narcotics Enforcement Team with the assistance of the US Drug Enforcement Administration served a search warrant at 158 Maple Street.

The following were seized from the apartment: 28.5 grams cocaine, 97.7 grams crack cocaine, and 70 bags of fentanyl

Jorge Freytes (DOB 02-24-85) of 158 Maple Street was arrested and is charged with (2) counts of Sale of a Narcotic Substance (21a-278(b(1(A)))). Freytes was held on a $200,000.00 bond.
