Bristol Police issued the following bulletin Thursday.

During the early morning hours on Thursday, December 9, 2021, the Bristol Police Department responded to multiple calls of vehicles with their windows smashed out and valuables stolen. The vehicles were primarily located at fitness centers along major roadways.

The Bristol Police Department would like to remind our citizens to remain aware of their surroundings and to not keep valuables in their vehicles. Also, remember to remove vehicle keys and lock your vehicles, not leaving vehicles to idle unattended.

If you see anything suspicious, do not approach the individual(s) but to call 911 or the Bristol Police Communications Center at 860 584-3011.
