On January 19, 2022, Eversource issued the following press release:
Eversource Gas is starting replacement of gas lines in the following neighborhoods:
- Driscoll Drive, Woodard Drive & Norris Drive
- Oakland Street, Cedar Street, Leominster Road, Westminster Road & Wooding Street
- First Street, Second Street & Third Street
Work will continue through May of 2022.
| Hours of construction will be 7:00 AM to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and occasionally on Saturdays. Work is weather dependent and construction activities are subject to change. While there may be minor traffic delays during construction, one lane of traffic will remain open for mail delivery, emergency vehicles, buses and local traffic at all times.
