Lucretia Netti, 94, of Bristol, died on Saturday, Oct. 1, at Ingraham Manor. Lucretia was born in Bristol on Nov. 16, 1927, and was the only child of the late Marco and Angela (Mele) Netti. She was a lifelong Bristol resident and graduate of Bristol High School Class of 1945. She was retired from Barnes Group since 1991.
Prior to her retirement, she worked for Connecticut Bank & Trust (formerly North Side Bank & Trust) for 32 years. She loved her flowers and enjoyed gardening and tatting and was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Parish devoted to St. Anthony Church.
Her surviving family consists of cousins including, Doreen and Joel Witkiewicz and their family, and many special and caring friends.
A visitation will be held at Funk Funeral Home, 35 Bellevue Ave., Bristol, on Thursday, Oct. 6, between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. followed by celebration of Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. Anthony Church, 111 School St, Bristol.
Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol.
