The Bristol Democratic Town Committee has announced they will be hosting a campaign rally at Firefly Hollow Brewing, 139 Center St. on Thursday, Nov. 3, from 6 to 8 p.m.
The event is open to the community and will feature local and statewide candidates for public office. It is free to attend, but donations for the Bristol DTC will be accepted. The Bristol Democrats invite you to come for a night of food, fun and friends.
The event is being held five days prior to Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 8, and serves as a reminder of the importance of voting and having a plan to vote either in person at the polls or by absentee ballot for those eligible.
The town committee has also announced that they will provide rides to the polls on Election Day. If you need a ride, contact the Bristol DTC at (860) 506-4020.
Note: Please send election-related news releases to editor@bristoledition.org.
All TBE readers, supporters and donors
The Bristol Edition will be limiting the number of stories non-members and free readers may access each week. This decision is based on our financial projections and, most certainly, to remind people that TBE is serious about providing accurate, timely and thorough reporting for Bristol. To do this we have devised a financial support structure that makes unlimited access extremely affordable, beginning with a $6 monthly donation.
- Non-members will be able to access eight (8) articles per week.
- Free readers and people who have subscribed by email will be able to access eight (8) articles per week.
- Donors and financial supporters will have unlimited access as long as they log in.
Note: Donors may have to contact TBE if they find they are being limited, since we will need to set up a membership account for you. Email editor@bristoledition.org for instructions. Sorry for any inconvenience. People with financial difficulties may write editor@bristoledition.org to be considered for free access.
