Kathy B. (Fish) Lee, 63, of Bristol, beloved wife of Robert Focareto, died on Wednesday, Dec. 21, at John Dempsey Hospital. Kathy was born on June 6, 1959, in Bristol and was a daughter of Ralph Fish of Bristol, and the late Margaret (Couture) Fish.
She lived briefly in Maine as a child returning to Bristol where she graduated from Bristol Eastern High School. She worked for Connecticut Spring and Stamping for 33 years. Kathy was an animal lover. She loved her cats and was active in rehoming many cats over the years as well as looking after the feral cats in her neighborhood.
Kathy is survived by her husband of 23 years, Robert Focareto; her father and stepmother: Ralph and Dorothy Fish of Bristol; three sisters: Jane Pilkington of North Carolina, Nancy Hackbarth, and Marge Rivera both of Bristol; half-brothers: Scott and Todd Turcotte; and nieces and nephews.
Funeral and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. Funk Funeral Home, 35 Bellevue Ave., Bristol, is honored to serve the family.
