The boys track team had a great opening day against Platt. Dominic Tartarelli and Rayshon Andrews both captured three firsts to lead the Lancers. Listed below are all the first place winners:

Dominic Tartarelli: 1st place in 1600 (5:04), 1st place in 800 (2:15), 1st place in 3200 (11:28)

Rayshon Andrews: 1st place in 200 (22.57), 1st place in Long Jump (20-00.5), 1st place in 4×100

Jack Mulcunry: 1st place in 400 (50.56), 1st place in 4×400

Zion Otero: 1st place in 300H (47.04), 1st place in 4×400

Isaiah Lawrence-Bynum: 1st place in Triple Jump (39-07)

Ethan Cockayne: 1st place in Pole Vault (7-06)

Jaiden Fore: 1st place in Shot Put (35-09), 1st place in Discus (90-03)

Austin Shorette: 1st place in Javelin (134-06)

Bristol Eastern 78, Platt 68

The Eastern girls also won their opener. Kaelyn Gonzalez and Cecelia Gilbert each captured three firsts. Here are the place winners:
