Welcome to Monday, Bristol. Pull up a chair, we are just getting started.
Weather
Party cloudy, low 80s.
Pothole Patrol
Holy criminy Batman! The Pothole Patrol ran over these beauties twice Sunday morning in the parking lot of Page Park via the Moody Street entrance.
Speaking of potholes
We have a lot of fun here at the GMB at the expense of potholes, but if you encounter a pothole or some other abnormality, such as abandoned shopping carriages or curb damage, they can be reported to the City of Bristol by clicking on the word that ends this sentence which is coming up very soon, which is right here.
If that does not do it for you, tell us and we will get Angel to fire up the PHP mobile and check it out.
Ka-pow!
The mayor’s fondness for photo ops never ceases to amaze.
Saturday, he had his photo taken at Subway (Eat Fresh!) with the staff because they sold their 100th meatball grinder for the week.
The Democrats saw their shadow Sunday, so that means there are 12 weeks until election day.
Circle gets the square
That does it for today. Don’t forget to floss, Bristol!
All TBE readers, supporters and donors
The Bristol Edition will be limiting the number of stories non-members and free readers may access each week. This decision is based on our financial projections and, most certainly, to remind people that TBE is serious about providing accurate, timely and thorough reporting for Bristol. To do this we have devised a financial support structure that makes unlimited access extremely affordable, beginning with a $6 monthly donation.
- Non-members will be able to access four (4) articles per week.
- Free readers and people who have subscribed by email will be able to access four (4) articles per week.
- Donors and financial supporters will have unlimited access as long as they log in.
Note: Donors may have to contact TBE if they find they are being limited, since we will need to set up a membership account for you. Email editor@bristoledition.org for instructions. Sorry for any inconvenience. People with financial difficulties may write editor@bristoledition.org to be considered for free access.
