Jane (Vachon) Caron, 89

Jane (Vachon) Caron, 89, of Birchwood Terrace, Bristol, died on Thursday, Nov. 30, at Bristol Hospital. Jane was born in Auburn, Maine, on Aug. 10, 1934, and was the only child of the late Fidel and Blanche (Gaudette) Vachon.

Raised in Maine, she moved to Bristol in the 1950’s and worked for General Electric until her retirement.    She enjoyed crocheting and socializing with the many friends she made at Birchwood Terrace.  

Jane is survived by two children: Peter Caron of Bristol, and Carol Lore of New Britain; two grandchildren: Jason Caron and his wife Amber, and Justine Lore; and three great-children: Samuel, Lily, and Bella. She was predeceased by two sons: infant Armand Caron and Roger Caron, and son-in-law: David Lore.
