‘Holiday Festival of Joy’ fills BCHS auditorium

The Bristol Chorale, with its “Holiday Festival of Joy” program, featuring The Bristol Brass and Wind Ensemble, regaled a full house at the Bristol Central auditorium Sunday afternoon.

Chorale and brass and wind ensemble director Rich Theriault, assisted by Kyle Camerato, led the groups, either singularly or playing together, in renditions of holiday favortives from “It’s the Holiday Season” to a “Christmas Festival” with an audience sing-a-long.

A highlight of the show was “The Colors of Christmas,” arranged by John Rutter, performed by both groups.

Chorale president Betsey Grady emceed along with Jen Doolittle, with BBWE emcee Greg Hahn.
