Bristol Senior Center has several events over the next few weekends.

The Cactus & Succulent Society Show will be held Saturday, April 13, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, April 14, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free and the first 50 people through the doors each day receive a free plant.

The Connecticut Orchid Society Show will be held Saturday, April 20, from 12 noon to 5 p.m., and Sunday, April 21, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is $5, children 12 and under are free.

Advocates for Bristol Seniors Tag Sale, featuring over 40 local vendors, will be held Saturday, April 27, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Admission is free. Coffee Shop will also be open.

The Bristol Edition will be limiting the number of stories non-members and free readers may access each week. This decision is based on our financial projections and, most certainly, to remind people that TBE is serious about providing accurate, timely and thorough reporting for Bristol. To do this we have devised a financial support structure that makes unlimited access extremely affordable, beginning with a $6 monthly donation.                

• Non-members will be able to access four (4) articles per week.                
• Free readers and people who have subscribed by email will be able to access four (4) articles per week.                
• Donors and financial supporters will have unlimited access as long as they log in.
