The CAS-CIAC held their annual Scholar-Athlete Banquet on Sunday, May 5th where the top male and female scholar-athletes from each of Connecticut’s high schools were honored.
Following the dinner, the scholar-athletes from each school were awarded their recognition plaques by the Principal of each school.
For Bristol Central High School the female recipient was Katie Tran, who competes in Cross Country, Indoor Track and Outdoor Track. The male recipient was Patrick Wininger, who competes in Cross Country, Indoor Track and Outdoor Track.
For Bristol Eastern High School, the female recipient was Emma Stavens, who competes in Soccer and Lacrosse. The male recipient was Preston Guarda, who competes in Soccer and Baseball.
