Happy Friday Eve, everyone!
Weather
Partly sunny with a slight chance of an afternoon shower. Highs in the mid 80’s. Gradually turning darker around 8:15 p.m. (Thank you, George Carlin!)
Free advice for TBE subscribers (All others pay $.15)
Well, Bristol, many of you are back to work in your business workplaces after working at home for the past few years. Just a few reminders:
- Pajamas are not optional anymore.
- It is necessary to shower occasionally before going to work.
- Do not put a flag sticker upside down at your cubicle. (Unless you work at the Supreme Court.)
Wishful thinking
It sure would be nice to be lounging on the beach on some posh island right now instead of writing this column. But we can’t all be incredibly wealthy.
Name the local TV personality who sang these words.
“I hope that you enjoy this with your family and your friends, and sing with me the longest song, the song that never ends.”
Time to say adios, amigos.
Adios, amigos.
All TBE readers, supporters and donors
The Bristol Edition will be limiting the number of stories non-members and free readers may access each week. This decision is based on our financial projections and, most certainly, to remind people that TBE is serious about providing accurate, timely and thorough reporting for Bristol. To do this we have devised a financial support structure that makes unlimited access extremely affordable, beginning with a $6 monthly donation.
- Non-members will be able to access four (4) articles per week.
- Free readers and people who have subscribed by email will be able to access four (4) articles per week.
- Donors and financial supporters will have unlimited access as long as they log in.
Note: Donors may have to contact TBE if they find they are being limited, since we will need to set up a membership account for you. Email editor@bristoledition.org for instructions. Sorry for any inconvenience. People with financial difficulties may write editor@bristoledition.org to be considered for free access.
