Robert ‘Rob’ Farken, 49

Robert “Rob” Farken, 49, of Bristol, passed away on Monday, Aug. 12. He was born on March 14, 1975, in O’ahu, Hawai’i, son of Deborah (Miller) Farken and Eric Farken, Sr. Rob was loving father, son, brother, uncle and friend.

Besides his parents, Rob is survived by his son Jacob Farken of Bristol, daughter Caitlin Farken and her boyfriend James of Pennsylvania; his girlfriend of several years Anh Vo of Bristol; brother Eric Farken, Jr. and his wife Rayleen of Florida; sisters Heather Halpin and her husband James of Florida, Amber Phillips and her husband Mike of South Carolina; nieces Haley, Alyssa, Keyanna, Paige, Elizabeth and Emily and a great-nieces Avery.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, Aug. 19, at 11 a.m. at Hillside Community Church, 435 Broad St, in Bristol. A reception will follow.
