Jimmy & The Parrots, one of the most requested Jimmy Buffett cover bands in the country, will perform at the Rockwell Theater on Memorial Boulevard, Saturday, Sept. 7. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the show starts at 7 p.m.
The group sings Buffett favorites as well as new and classic rock ‘n roll, including originals songs writte by lead singer/guitarist Jimmy Maraventano.
Their cover songs include favorites by the Beach Boys, Zac Brown, Jerry Jeff Walker, Harry Belafonte and Bob Marley.
The evening includes a Jimmy Buffet Look Alike Contest. The winner takes home a gift card to Monterrey Mexican Restaurant.
