Shots fired at Rockwell Park earlier today under investigation

The Bristol Police Dept.’s Patrol and Detective Division is conducting a joint investigation following the undercovering of evidence that shots were fired inside Rockwell Park earlier today.

Bristol Police officers responded to a report that shots were being fired at the park at approximately 2:45 p..m.

While they officers did not find any injured person at the location and a check of area hospitals did not turn up any recent gunshot victims, the officers did find evidence that shots were fired.
