Another 123 voters cast ballots in the first hour of early voting this morning, administrator of elections and assistance registrar Jennifer Brunoli reported.

“Another long line to start,” she said.

The total from yesterday, the first day in the 14 days of early voting leading up to Election Day, Nov. 5, was 642.

“I had another delivery of 500 [ballots] per precinct delivered this a.m.,” she said. Bristol has nine voting precincts.

“Fingers crossed that gets us through the next 12 days,” she said.

Early voting continues through Nov. 3 in council chambers at city hall. The hours for voting are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The exception, again, is on two dates, Oct. 29 and Oct. 31, when the hours are from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
