Mantels for the Season event at the Bristol Clock & Watch Museum debuts this Friday

The American Clock & Watch Museum has announced that they are making final preparations for this year’s Mantels for the Season event that is slated to run from Friday, November 22nd through Sunday, January 5th.

“This is always such an extra-special time at the museum,” states Patti Philippon, the museum’s Executive Director. “The staff and I love to see the beautifully designed mantels the participants create
using unique timepieces from the collection.”

Mantels for the Season is celebrating its seventh year. It traditionally showcases area businesses and service organizations. As the museum winds down the celebration of its 70th anniversary year, it is excited to announce the designers of the mantels for this special event. This year’s participants are the Bristol Adult Resource Center (BARC), The Bristol Bazaar, The Bristol Garden Club, CSN Home Staging, The Garden at Pinehurst Farm and more!!

This is a wonderful opportunity to join family and friends at the museum to view these beautiful seasonal displays! Visitors can also check out the museum shop for one-of-a-kind gifts to help round out their holiday shopping.

Mantels for the Season is included in the price of admission to the Museum. The
museum is open Wednesday-Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.(closed
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day).
