Local bands will perform at the Holiday Veterans Concert in Bristol on December 21, organized by Mike Cansdale to honor his late brother, Eldon. Proceeds will benefit the Veterans Strong Community Center. The concert features The Skulk, Wint & The Crossroad Band, and LiveWired Acoustic. Tickets are $10.
American Legion Post 2 brought holiday joy by donating to four local nonprofits, including the Veteran Strong Community Center and Brian’s Angles, which assists individuals with brain injuries. While three donations were delivered this week, a fourth is scheduled for next week, continuing their commitment to support veterans and the community.
